Job SummaryThis internship supports the Ticket Sales & Service Department—including Service & Retention, Group Sales, Inbound, Customer Service, and Ticket Operations—through a variety of in-season, off-season, and game-day responsibilities.

ResponsibilitiesFulfill Ticket Sales and Service projectsGain hands-on experience in fan engagement and sales through customer service line interactionsAssist sales team with events, group theme nights, and Group Programs on gamedaysAssist with Customer Service and ToursQualificationsRequired:Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited institution at a junior, senior, or graduate level.
Candidates majoring in Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, Business or related areas.
