Account Executive, Ticket Sales

ABOUT NASHVILLE SC:Nashville is America’s “It City” and one of the fastest-growing soccer hubs in the country. OVERVIEW: The Account Executive, Ticket Sales is responsible for generating new revenue through the sale of season tickets, premium seating, and group ticket packages for Nashville SC. Responsibilities: Generate new revenue by selling season tickets, premium seating, and group ticket packages. Consistently achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals. Execute outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, prospecting, networking, and leveraging referrals. Conduct a designated number of weekly face-to-face meetings and outbound calls to cultivate new business opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients throughout the full sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale support. Develop and implement creative sales strategies that drive revenue growth. Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-energy sales team environment. Participate in regular sales meetings, ongoing training, and professional development initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or a related field; 1 year of sales experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships. experience with Salesforce and Archtics preferred.
