Position DescriptionBased in Atlanta, GA and reporting to Director, Alumni Program, the Sr.
responsibilities related to administration support, match engagement, and logistics for in-person and virtual experiences within the Alumni Program department.

ResponsibilitiesAssisting in coordinating matchday operations related to alumniOrganizing and supporting virtual webinars, including scheduling, registrations, and technical logisticsCoordinating in-person educational sessions and gatherings, ensuring effective planning, setup, and participant experienceAssisting in planning and coordination of Friends and Family programAssisting with external vendors and presenters related to event planning and executionSupporting and managing National Training Center (NTC) engagements related to alumni, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelinesTracking and managing event RSVPs and attendanceCollaborating on attendee communications pre- and post-event including but not limited to know-before-you-go and event surveysManaging event logistics through coordination with internal and external stakeholders Managing contracts and invoices to ensure compliance with organizational policies, vendor requirements, and applicable regulationsAssisting in department tracking on key initiatives and KPIsCreating post-event recaps and reports for internal strategy useSupporting the Director, Alumni Program with administrative tasksOther duties as assignedRequirementsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in related field required3+ years of experience working in the sports industry with players or alumni Strong relationship builderExperience in executing eventsExperience working around athletesExperience in administrative supportAbility to work well in a team environmentMust be able to connect the "micro" details to the "macro" vision and missionStrong strategic thinking, communication skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced mission-drive, high-performance environmentDetail-oriented and organizedGeneral knowledge of soccerProficient experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)TravelApproximately 20-25%May require international travel. Valid passport required. U.
