Job Description
Position OverviewThe Lehigh Valley Phantoms are seeking a driven, strategic, and revenue-focused Manager, Business Development to lead our new business sales efforts with a strong emphasis on B2B growth and Full Season Equivalent (FSE) production.
This role will oversee a team of fivebusiness development representatives while serving as the organization’s primary driver of new corporate ticket revenue, premium seating, and membership growth. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader who understands how to connect with the local business community, build long-term relationships, and create scalable outbound sales strategies that consistently generate FSEs.
In addition, this leader will play a critical role in launching new ticket sales initiatives for MASL-Lehigh Valley (Major Arena Soccer League), which will kick off in December 2026. This individual will help build the strategy, pipeline, and foundational sales structure to ensure a successful inaugural season.
This is a hands-on leadership role: you will coach, strategize, and actively sell.
Primary Duties:B2B Revenue Leadership:Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy targeting local and regional businesses.
Qualifications4–6 years of professional sports ticket sales experience.
Experience launching or selling for a new product, property, or team strongly preferred.
