Ballpark Operations Specialist

The Hartford Yard Goats, Double-A Affiliate of the Colorado Rockies, are seeking a motivated, hardworking individual to join us for the 2026 Season. responsibilities will include assisting all operations that occur at Dunkin Park between the Field and Stadium. This position would report to the Director of Field Operations, as well as the Assistant General Manager of Operations. Individuals will be expected to be impactful to all aspects of Ballpark Operations including, but not limited to, the field crew, stadium maintenance, ballpark cleaning and events department. This position will frequently rotate between working games on the field, off-week events and stadium set up on gamedays.
