Job Title: Account ExecutiveCompany: Maine Beach BallPosition Overview:The Account Executive at Maine Beach Ball is responsible for driving revenue growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sales initiatives. experience that aligns with the brand’s mission and values. Key Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities, including sponsorships and partnershipsManage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and revenueDevelop customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needsMeet or exceed monthly and annual sales targetsMaintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communicationsRepresent Maine Beach Ball at events, networking functions, and industry gatheringsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business developmentStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to meet or exceed sales goalsHighly organized with strong attention to detailSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systemsPreferred Skills:Experience in event sales, sponsorships, or sports/entertainment industriesEstablished network within the local business communityCreative problem-solving and strategic thinking abilitiesCompensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary plus commission/bonus structureOpportunities for professional growth and advancementDynamic, team-oriented work environmentAccess to company events and networking opportunitiesWork Environment:This role may require occasional evening and weekend work to support events and client needs.
