Stadium Operations Manager

Job Summary:The Stadium Operations Manager should be a passionate, hardworking, well-organized individual who is a clear self-starter. experience as well as hiring & training staff. Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for the maintenance of all equipment throughout the facility to help ensure proper and safe operation of the facility on a daily basisExecute and manage in-stadium operations including cleaning, upkeep and general maintenance to ensure facility is in the best possible conditionManage, train and motivate the departmental employeesAdequately schedule all part time staff during the seasonResponsible for OSHA compliance of systems and resources for facilityMonitor in-stadium signage: ensure all signs are hanging properly, all flags are flying properly and not ripped or caught on barriersPerform routine security checks of all suites, restrooms, and press boxMaintain Shuckers Plaza, Splash Pad and BoardwalkOther duties as assignedQualifications:At least one (1) year of management experienceBA or BS college degree preferredStrong team work skills as well as the ability to work independently and self-motivateStrong time management and organizational skills Proven leader who has demonstrated an ability to meet and/or exceed goalsAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize goalsExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to attend company events of all typesStrong computer skills, especially with Microsoft OfficeAbility to work in fast paced environmentAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidaysPrior experience using Paylocity preferred but not requiredPhysical requirement (lifting 50 pounds many times per day, standing, squatting, and bending for long periods)We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
