You'll sit at the intersection of product and marketing where you’ll contribute to campaigns, crafting messaging, and helping shape how fans discover and engage with features like Fantasy, PLL Nation, and competitions. You'll work directly with Product and Marketing leads, own real deliverables, and gain hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle from user research and ideation through launch and post-launch analysis. Roles and Responsibilities:Develop cross-channel marketing strategyEmail marketingContent and social media marketingPartner marketingOversee the creation of marketing graphics and videosAutomate push notifications and in-app messages Support the operation of in-app features (Fantasy, Pick’em, Trivia, Game Predictor, and Chat)Oversee live gameday updates and messaging across app and webConduct user research and analyze user dataRequirementsSelf-starter with a passion for creative problem-solvingPassionate about technology and user experienceComfortable learning new skills quickly and using a variety of digital toolsExperience in app/web design, development, or product managementExperience using AI like Claude, ChatGPT, etc is a plusExperience with Figma, Notion, or Asana is a plusExperience with app or web design, product management, or digital marketing is a plusCompensation: $15 - $18/hour depending on locationCompensation will meet all applicable state and local minimum wage requirements.
