Madison Mallards and Night Mares Operations Assistant

The Madison Mallards and Madison Night Mares are seeking a qualified individual to seasonally assist in projects throughout the ballpark. The Operations Assistant will perform pre-season and day-of-game tasks to set up the ballpark. As well as assist with daily baseball field preparation & maintenance, clubhouse management, and kids zone management, under the supervision of the Operations Manager. This is a Seasonal role that starts April 1, 2026, Some Evenings and Weekends Required** In-Person only, No Remote work** Duties Include:Assist in pre-season preparation of the stadium, playing field, and kids zone area, before and after High School baseball/softball games, youth tournaments, and other special events held at the Duck PondLead/assist with other tasks such as painting, hanging signs, landscaping and many other outdoor tasksAssist in pre-season and post-season setup and winterization of the ballparkEnsuring that all aspects of stadium operations are completed in a timely mannerAssist in the part time staff oversight by doing interviews, sending offer letters and helping with scheduling for game days and special events.
