Event Overview:We are trying to identify 2 Box Office Managers for The Lumberyard in Canyon, TX. experience and looking to get into live entertainment. You will be responsible for training and overseeing a team of ticket scanners and box office staff. Events are throughout the summer and could change. Current dates are as follows:04/30/202605/02/202605/16/202606/06/202606/12/202607/03/202608/13/2026Depending on your role staffing levels, you may be assisting with Will Call tickets, selling tickets, ticketing resolution, selling parking passes, scanning tickets, distributing festival credentials, and providing attendees with festival information. responsibilities as assigned by managersQualifications and Requirements:Ability to work untraditional hours including weekends, evenings and some holidaysCollege student majoring in hospitality, marketing, sport management, communications or related fields is a plusEager to start & build a career in sports and live entertainmentAbility to deliver exceptional service by anticipating the guests’ needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional mannerStrong interpersonal skills that complement a team-oriented work ethicTicket sales experience is a plusMust be neat and presentable at all timesMust be able to pass a background checkMust be 18 years of age or older with at least a high school diploma or GEDPay:Pay is $15/hr.
