    Job Description

    Job Title: Manager, Ticket System and OperationsDepartment: Ticket OperationsReports To: Senior Director, Ticket OperationsType: Full-time, ExemptJob Summary: This position works closely with the Senior Director, Ticket Operations to help ensure all ticket related events and packages are setup correctly, ensuring efficient and effective ticket sales and distribution. Responsibilities:Assist with the building and setup of all game events, parking events, pricing, offers, ticket inventory, group/hospitality spaces, suites, season packages, etc. in the ticket system. Serve as primary reporting point person in Ticket Operations for all ticket sales related reporting needs. Help make necessary adjustments to manifest, price scale configurations, and other venue configurations as needed. Assist with rollover/renewal process for season ticket packages year over year. Help input and modify various ticket and package prices throughout the season. Help ensure all ticket fees, service charges, inclusive fees, admission taxes, etc. are accurate and setup correctly in the ticketing system. Work closely with Accounting Department to ensure all ticket sales reports are accurate and being tracked properly. Collaborate with Strategy and Analytics to ensure accuracy of reports and ticket data information. Help serve as a point person for various back-end ticket operation/setup issues and help find solutionsHelp ensure tickets are being properly processed, from point of sale to delivery/printing. Continuously work to look for ways to help improve back-end operations as it related to ticket operations, sales, and reporting processes. Exercise independent thought and judgement when dealing with user requests and resolution of issues. Perform system tests, analysis, and configuration checks to help ensure ticket system remains in excellent working order. Serve as point person for various 3rd party integrations within ProVenue. Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports ticket operationsProficiency with ProVenue ticketing system (Tickets. skillset in Excel for reporting-based needs. Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a high functioning teamExcellent customer service and communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
