Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:This is a supporting role for group sales and corporate ticket sales as well as special amenities including suites, picnic, and luxury venues. The Sales Associate is primarily responsible for servicing current accounts as well as establishing new accounts.
Daily activities include working with clients, both dedicated and new, while working with the Lugnuts’ proprietary contact management system, following established procedures with box office interaction, compiling, and circulating reports to management, producing sales letters and informational packets, assisting the sales staff with meeting preparation, special event execution, and all other duties as assigned.
