    JOB TITLE: Account Executive, Group Sales DEPARTMENT: Ticket Sales & Service REPORTS TO: Director, Group SalesTYPE: Salary, Non-exempt POSITION SUMMARY:We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to lead and contribute to the growth of our Group Sales team. experience enhancements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Sell group tickets and premium hospitality offerings such as suites and pregame party packages to a wide range of clients. Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, networking, and lead development. Manage and renew a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, retention, and upsell potential. Help promote and execute creative theme night and special ticket packages to attract diverse audiences and maximize ticket sales. Provide excellent hospitality and ensure smooth execution of group experiences such as first pitches, scoreboard messages, and fan paradesMake outbound phone call efforts to attract new and retain previous group sales leads. Lead internal sales programs and initiatives to drive revenue and meet or exceed team goals. Maintain accurate client records and activity logs using Tickets.com Provenue and Salesforce CRM systems. Host clients at Oriole Park, showcasing group spaces (including suites and party areas) and delivering best-in-class service during game days and events. Perform additional duties as assigned to support a successful group outing experience. QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 1–3 years of proven success in group ticket or hospitality sales, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for building strong relationships. Enthusiastic and fan-friendly attitude Strong customer service skills especially in face-to-face situations Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing platforms (Tickets.com Provenue preferred). Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
