    Fan Engagement & Marketing Internship – Morehead City MarlinsLocation: Morehead City, NC – Where baseball meets beach vibes and fans come ready for fireworks, fun, and occasional Motorboating fun! Do you love making people smile, laugh, cheer, dance, and occasionally participate in a between-inning contest they definitely didn’t know they signed up for? This internship is for someone who wants to turn a summer at the ballpark into a nonstop highlight reel—not just for themselves, but for thousands of fans who walk through our gates. Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):Make Fans Fall in Love With the BallparkYour job is to help create an atmosphere so fun, so electric, and so full of personality that people leave thinking,“Wow, I can’t wait to come back… and also I think I just befriended the mascot.”Bring Energy to Every Single GameYou’ll help run in-game promotions, hype up the crowd, coordinate contests, and make sure fans are having the time of their lives—even if the inning is getting a little… long. Create Marketing MagicWork with our staff to brainstorm content, design social media posts, dream up new promotions, and market the Marlins brand (and maybe our alter-ego brands if they sneak into your ideas… they always do). Help Craft Unforgettable MomentsFrom interaction zones to theme nights to spontaneous fun, you’ll help orchestrate experiences that keep fans smiling, laughing, and telling all their friends, “Dude, you HAVE to go to a Marlins game.”Build Relationships With FansChat with them. Laugh with them. Take pictures with them. Help make every person that is young, old, baseball-savvy, or baseball-confused feel welcome at Big Rock Stadium. Who We’re Looking For:Someone bursting with energy, positivity, and ideas (the weirder, the better). A people person who isn’t afraid to talk to strangers, hype up crowds, or hand a microphone to a kid who may scream instead of speak. A creative mind that wants to learn sports marketing, fan engagement strategy, and what goes into building a loyal fanbase. Someone who understands that baseball is fun… but making baseball even more fun is a real talent.
