Human Resources Assistant - EventsBEST Crowd ManagementBEST Crowd Management is looking for a Corporate Human Resources Assistant - Events to join our HR team and help support large-scale hiring initiatives for major events and venues.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. As an event-driven organization preparing for major global events such as the FIFA World Cup, our HR team will be supporting the hiring of thousands of employees across multiple markets.
This is an in-office position (Monday–Friday). Because we support events, occasional evening or weekend availability may be required to assist with hiring needs.

Responsibilities Support the hiring and onboarding process including scheduling interviews, drug screenings, and orientationsEnsure accurate data entry and completion of new hire paperwork in HR systemsMaintain and update employee records including status changes and contact informationAssist with job postings and applicant communicationPrepare HR reports, letters, and internal communicationsRespond to HR-related questions from employees and managersAssist with employment verifications, unemployment claims, and separation documentationProvide administrative support to the corporate HR leadership teamWhat We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and data entry skillsExcellent communication and follow-upAbility to take initiative and work independentlyComfortable supporting high-volume hiringQualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience2+ years of experience in HR support, recruiting coordination, or administrative roles preferredProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to pass a background check Preferred Experience Event staffingSecurity staffingHigh-volume recruitment environmentsJoin BEST Crowd Management and help build the teams that power some of the largest events and venues in the country.
