    TITLE: Production Manager POSITION TYPE: Full time / Exempt COMPANY: Sharks Sports and Entertainment, LLC LOCATION: San Jose, CA REPORTS TO: Director, Technical Services Pay Rate: The pay range for this role is $76,800- $90,000 per year. skills, work experience, market demands and primary work location. Position Overview Under the general guidance of the Director, Technical Services, the Production Manager maintains and develops plans for upgrades and maintenance of Technical Services equipment. Research and implement new and emerging technologies while continuing to creatively exploit current installs maximizing the use of current equipment. Troubleshoots and supports the needs of events and concerts as well as game day operations. Installs and repairs Broadcast and AV systems as needed. Manages equipment inventory, storage, and repairs. Supports Senior Production Manager by providing work direction and training to technical services staff. Develops and maintains department scheduling with fellow managers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Training With Senior Production Manager Document, implement, and maintain standard SOPs for all control room positions. Qualifications Enrolled undergraduate or graduate level student pursuing a degree in broadcasting, sports management, communication, TV production, journalism, or related fields Candidates should be innovative, proven self-starters; independent, energetic, and organized while possessing excellent interpersonal skills Strong organizational, multi-tasking and writing skills. skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines with great attention to detail. Ability to sit, stand and utilize a computer for extended periods of time. Communicate via phone and email with a variety of individuals. Ability to bend at the waist, reach overhead and lift up to 15 lbs. Physically navigate stairs at SSE facilities during normal work hours and events. Ability to work occasional extended hours including nights, weekends, holidays (all with advance notice).
