About the Hudson Valley Renegades:The Hudson Valley Renegades, High-A affiliate of the New York Yankees, deliver top-tier baseball and community-focused events at Heritage Financial Park. about a career in ticket sales, and ready to contribute to a fun and memorable fan experience. Responsibilities:Assist with ticket sales support, including box office transactions, ticket distribution, answering inbound calls, and supporting outreach to local businesses. Assist with servicing group outings and hospitality spaces, ticket office needs, and other fan-facing game-day operations. Support the execution of fan experiences, including Team of Dreams, High Five Tunnel, pregame performances, and national anthem groups. Help manage the Season Ticket Exchange Program and Ballpark Pass inventory. Attend community events, stadium events, and team meetings as needed. Deliver strong customer service and support the Ticket Sales team with additional duties as assigned to contribute to a successful season. Qualifications:Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sport Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with new people. Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and willingness to learn. Available to work nights and weekends, including long hours on game days. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required. Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
