Position: Account Manager, Membership Services – Full Time/Exempt Department: Ticket Sales & Services Reports to: Director, Membership Services Location: Arizona Cardinals (Tempe, AZ) NOTE: Starting 2028, this role will be based at the new Arizona Cardinals Training Facility in north Phoenix, AZ. Cardinals Organizational Summary: The Arizona Cardinals Football Club is a professional football team within the National Football League (NFL). We compete in the National Football Conference (NFC) West division and call State Farm Stadium, in Glendale, Arizona, our home. As one of the oldest pro football franchises in the U. S. about the Arizona Cardinals and see what’s happening here. responsibilities including, without limitation, to the following: Manage and cultivate relationships across an assigned portfolio of Season Ticket Members, serving as the primary point of contact for account needs while delivering an exceptional member experience./ Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience Experience: Proven track record of 1-2 years of service and sales experience, or equivalent Experience in the Sports & Entertainment industry preferred.
