    Job Description

    We are seeking a Paid Media Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across paid channels. This role focuses primarily on paid media execution and optimization (Google Ads, Meta, OTT), while also supporting integrated marketing efforts including social media, email, website, and SMS campaigns. This role will also work home games. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytical, and excited about using digital advertising to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue. ResponsibilitiesExecute and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and OTT, including ongoing monitoring, optimization, and performance adjustments. Support campaign planning and move digital marketing initiatives through all phases of the campaign lifecycleMonitor and optimize campaign performance to improve reach, engagement, and conversion metricsAssist with audience targeting, budget pacing, creative testing, and performance reportingMaintain and support brand presence across paid and organic social platformsPlan and execute email and SMS campaigns in coordination with the marketing teamTrack, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google AnalyticsPrepare performance summaries and insights for internal stakeholdersCollaborate with graphic designers and content partners to support ad creative needsStay informed on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practicesMaintain relationships with media vendors and external partners as neededIncorporate feedback from the marketing team and company leadershipAssist with website updates and content coordination as neededKnowledge of hockey, basketball, and baseball is a plusSkillsExtensive experience with paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Paid SocialFamiliarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similarUnderstanding of SEO/SEM principlesExperience supporting digital marketing or paid media campaigns in a coordinator or specialist roleStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metricsWorking knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience with creative content coordination is a plusGoogle Analytics certification preferredBachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferredJob Type: Full-timeWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
