DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: The Player Development department is dedicated to fostering the comprehensive growth of our minor league players. OVERVIEW: The DR Academy Hitting Coach will work closely with the other hitting coaches, the Director of Hitting Development, and other essential staff to help implement and track player-specific offensive development plans.
