About the Terre Haute REXThe Terre Haute REX is a collegiate summer wood-bat team competing in the Prospect League. Since our founding in 2010, the REX have won two Prospect League Championships (2015 & 2018) and have built a reputation for developing both players and front office staff for the next level. Former interns have gone on to work in MLB, MiLB, NFL, NBA, and other professional sports organizations. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Baseball Operations Data Analytics Intern to assist our front office and coaching staff in utilizing TrackMan and advanced analytics to enhance player development and game strategy. Position OverviewThe Baseball Operations Data Analytics Intern will work directly with the General Manager, coaching staff, and Baseball Operations department to collect, analyze, and interpret TrackMan data. This role is ideal for students interested in careers in baseball operations, player development, scouting, or sports analytics. This is a hands-on opportunity to work inside a competitive summer collegiate baseball environment and gain real-world experience in applied baseball analytics.
