Ticket Sales Internship

This position is responsible for working Cyclones home games and assisting in sales related task throughout office hours at the sole discretion of Ticket Sales team. Responsibilities:· Maintain season ticket and individual game ticket records· Learn Archtics ticketing system to assist with customer transactions and report generation· Assist with season ticket holder events and initiatives· Make outbound & service inbound sales calls · Sell family four packs, voucher packs, & group tickets · Working a majority of 36 home games· Working non-game day events such as our 5K, season ticket member events, etc. duties as assignedWhat you will learn: · The ability to work in an office environment and home games. experiences · How to promote the Cincinnati Cyclones at various events Time:· This is a 32 week long internship that will last from October 2026 – May 2027· 20+ hours per week.
