At FIFA26, our vision is to unite the world through the greatest sporting event of all time. responsibilities and oversights of the Hospitality Stakeholder Services Venue Manager for the FIFA World Cup 26™ are:Leads the FIFA Hospitality Stakeholder Team on site, including FIFA’s Official Hospitality Provider (On Location) staff dedicated to the FIFA Affiliates Hospitality ProgrammeResponsible for the management and operational readiness and delivery of the FIFA Affiliates Hospitality ProgrammeMain point of contact for FIFA Affiliates at the venue regarding hospitality mattersLiaison with FIFA Guest Management/Guest Operations for Affiliates VIP and VVIP movements, identifying arrival and departure routes for high-profile Affiliates guests on match daysEnsures FIFA Affiliates space readiness for MD operations, checking if such areas are ready and cleared from branding and set-up work ahead of each matchEnsures contractual deliverables to the FIFA Affiliates and to the Official Hospitality Provider (On Location)Assists FIFA Affiliates on-site, providing guided familiarization tours of the stadium to Affiliates and their agencies and teams, ensuring they are ready for their match day operationsEnsures service consistency throughout the FIFA Affiliates Hospitality Programme across all matches in the venueEnsures FIFA Affiliates Hospitality guest numbers are updated and shared with all FIFA StakeholdersEnsures all FIFA Affiliates and their suppliers are appropriately accredited. Manage the distribution of Upgrade passes to FIFA Affiliates. Ensures the catering service runs as expected in the FIFA Affiliates Hospitality ProgrammeEnsures the brand exposure of FIFA Affiliates in all the Hospitality areas are according to the guidelines and as agreed with FIFA and as per the clean site obligationsAttends the FIFA Daily Venue Meeting as required and holds daily Affiliates Hospitality Team Meetings with FIFA’s Official Hospitality Provider (On Location)Attends the Hospitality Team Daily MeetingsReports on a daily basis to the FIFA HQ, reporting issues in good timePrepares end of tournament reports on the FIFA Affiliates Hospitality Programme YOUR PROFILE ACCOUNTABILITY: Demonstrate commitment to responsibilities and objectively analyze one’s behavior, while assuming consequences of one’s own actions and/or decisions and learning from one’s mistakes. Education & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or similar level of education in Architecture, Engineering, Event Management, Project Management, etc. Work ExperienceMinimum of 8 (eight) years of work experience in hospitality, partnership & stakeholder management, customer servicing, catering or other related area preferably for major sports or entertainment eventsProven experience with stakeholder & partnership management, branding, accreditation, event ticketing,Proven experience managing multiple service providersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSolid and proven knowledge of stadium operations and catering operationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer-service attitude, even when under pressureAbility to work independently and in a team across simultaneous work streamsExquisite organizational skillsAbility to manage and motivate a team of hospitality volunteers LanguagesFluent in English (written and spoken)Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plusTechnologyProficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools Available Locations (subject to operational needs): United States:Houston, TX · Kansas City, MO · New York/New Jersey · Philadelphia, PA · Seattle, WAMexico:Monterrey, NLCanada:Vancouver, BC
