    Job Description

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Provide exceptional customer service for season ticket holders • Respond to client inquiries with a professional and knowledgeable voice• Answer incoming phone calls, return voicemails, and make outbound calls as assigned• Record all service activities and maintain accurate customer records in CRM• Maintain knowledge of department and organizational policies and procedures• Assist with season ticket holder event planning and execution • Assist with gameday set-up, execution and teardown of season ticket holder elements• Communicate with other departments for efficient resolution of gameday issues or inquiries• Other duties as assignedEDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:• Strong, courteous customer service skills a must• Positive attitude and team-first mentality• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally• Proficiency in computer software programs, including Microsoft Office; CRM and/or ticketing system experience a plus• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently • Must be able to work a flexible schedule with extended hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as neededThis is a 40-hour per week, year-round intern position with a one-year term and option for a 2nd year.
