Position: Premium Services CoordinatorDepartment: Premium ServicesReporting Relationship: Reports to Manager of Premium ServicesStatus: Full Time Position SummaryResponsible for delivering exceptional service and operation support to premium clients, including suite owners and suite club members for Tepper Sports & entertainment. ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for Suite and Suite Club Members, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and service needs. Assist in the execution and tracking of Suite & Suite Club transactions, including processing paperwork and client communication. Coordinate the planning, production, and distribution of key premium client materials, including:Ticket invoices and deliveriesPremium gift programsMember events and touchpointsSupport strategic renewal efforts for Luxury Suite and Suite Club Members, including database updates, outbound communication, and follow-up. Help coordinate logistics and on-site execution of premium member events, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. Collaborate with the stadium’s concessionaire and internal operations teams to address suite and club-level service needs. Maintain up-to-date records of premium inventory, sales activity, and paymentsProvide operational support to the Premium team in meeting departmental goals, including retention and service standards. Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting game day responsibilities, special projects, and other tasks as assigned.
