    SUMMARYLocated in the vibrant Atlanta Metro area, Trilith LIVE is designed to host concerts, rehearsals, live audience productions, conventions, corporate meetings, performing arts, tradeshows, exhibitions, special events, and so much more! Spanning 530,000 square feet, Trilith LIVE features a 2,800-seat theater, 50,000 square feet of sound stages, multi-purpose meeting rooms, support space, dressing rooms, green rooms, production offices, suites, wardrobe, audience holding areas, outdoor plaza areas, full-service catering and concessions, box office, and a 730-space parking deck. Trilith LIVE is seeking an experienced Sales Manager responsible for implementing sales efforts to accomplish booking revenue goals and business objectives. The manager will work collaboratively across departments to create impactful event bookings to maximize space use from local, regional, and national special events and corporate and convention sales. RESPONSIBILITIESKeeps the mission, vision and values of Trilith Live at the forefront of decision making and action; builds strategic and collaborative relationships and interacts with others in a way that builds confidence and trust; provides excellent customer service by taking action to accomplish objectives, maintains high levels of work and productivity by generating innovative solutions to work situations.s QUALIFICATIONS· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in contract negotiation, development and execution· Has a strong track record of building relationships and generating new business· Computer-savvy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and Adobe Creative Cloud, and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems such as the Momentus booking platform. SKILLS AND ABILITIES· Strong written and verbal communication skills· Highly detail oriented, able to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment· Ability to think critically and analyze information · Creativity and attention to detail; advance planning skills· Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines· Ability to work a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.
