    SEASONAL, PART‑TIME POSITIONSeasonal Long‑Form Production AssistantThe Cincinnati Bengals are seeking a Seasonal Long‑Form Production Assistant to support the in‑house production team, with a primary focus on shooting and editing the club’s weekly talking‑heads show, along with additional long‑form and feature content throughout the season. The ideal candidate is creative, detail‑oriented, and adaptable, with a passion for storytelling and an eagerness to contribute in a fast‑paced professional sports production environment. This is an on‑site seasonal position, beginning Monday, July 7, 2026, and ending two weeks following the Bengals’ final game of the 2026 season. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSThe Seasonal Long‑Form Production Assistant will have daily responsibilities that include, without limitation, the following:Shoot and edit the Bengals’ weekly talking‑heads show, including camera operation, audio setup, lighting, and post‑production. Assist in producing long‑form storytelling and feature content, including coach and player interviews. Shoot practice and gameday highlights and atmosphere for use across digital and broadcast platforms. Capture training camp events, including practices, press conferences, and team activities. Edit in‑season content such as Mic’d Ups, interviews, and other social/web video projects. Ingest, organize, and log footage using Iconik or similar media asset management systems, including Wires, Films Top, Films Ground, Radio Calls, Alexa Highlights, and Network Melts. Set up and support studio productions, ensuring proper lighting, audio, and video equipment operation. Maintain organized workflows and collaborate closely with producers and editors to meet weekly deadlines. Ability to lift and carry 50–75 lbs. of production equipment as needed. Perform other duties as assigned to support the production team. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in video production or a related field. Prior experience in sports or broadcast production preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects. Strong creative and storytelling instincts applicable to long‑form, interview‑driven, and episodic content. Technical experience with cine‑style cameras, studio lighting, audio equipment, and media asset management systems (Iconik or similar). Organized, dependable, and comfortable working under tight timelines. Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn new tools, workflows, and production techniques. Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and all Bengals home games; some away‑game travel and off‑site shoots may be required. Reel/work samples and professional references are required for consideration. WORK ENVIRONMENTThis is an on‑site, part‑time, seasonal position, with hours varying week‑to‑week based on production needs. The role will require increased availability during training camp and the regular season to support weekly show production and gameday content.
