Marketing InternshipThe Evansville Otters have seasonal internships available for the 2025 season. The internship positions are summerpositions that start around April 1st and run through the conclusion of the season (end of August or earlySeptember). Built in 1915, Bosse Field is the third oldest operating ballpark in the country. Interns have a chance to work in oneof America’s last remaining true baseball cathedrals. Everyone working in minor league baseball wears many different “hats,” so a willingness to go above and beyondone’s normal duties is expected. Candidates are required to be enthusiastic with a great desire to put on a night ofentertainment and memories for all the fans at historic Bosse Field. Responsibilities:- Assist in coordination and execution of Community Relations events and donation requests- Assist in planning and execution of Promotional and Theme Nights- Assist in creation of social media marketing strategies and help manage social media accounts- Proficient in Tik Tok is a plus- Assist in preparing event-day scripts, including public address announcements and in-game promotionalschedules- Assist in handing out game day giveaways to fans coming through gate- Occasional Emcee duties throughout home games- Represent the organization at community events- Work all Otters home games and stadium events- Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors and Director of Marketing & Community Relations- Help manage Evan & Eva the OttersRequirements:- Must be quick-thinking and be able to work with a wide variety of personalities. skills- Self-motivated and ability to take initiative with projects and events- Have an exceptional customer service aptitude and be a committed team playerWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
