Overview:The Durham Bulls are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented professional to join our Ticketing team as an Inside Sales Intern for the 2026 season. Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Generate ticket sales through inbound and outbound calls for Birthday Packages, Field of Dreams Packages, Group Sales, Mini Plans, and Game Day Hospitality Packages Process, service, and manage ticket orders using the ticketing system Prospect new leads while consistently working toward established sales goals and quotas Provide support to the Box Office and Ticketing Department, including customer service assistance as needed Additional Duties: Assist with all events held at Durham Bulls Athletic Park Support general Front Office operations, including hiring events, special events, tarp pulls, and other duties typical of a Minor League Baseball front office Required Qualifications: Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Strong customer-service mindset; organized, motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and all home events Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; adaptable to feedback, changing priorities, and tight deadlines Prior experience in customer service and/or sales preferred Physical Demands: Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling Close vision and ability to differentiate colors Ability to use hands for typing and other essential job functions Work Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to remain focused and productive in noisy, crowded environments with multiple distractions May require working outdoors in varying and unpredictable weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow, and wind Pre-Employment Information:Pay Rate: $10/hour Duration: March 2026 – September 2026 A pre-employment drug screening is required. equal opportunity employer.
