THE OPPORTUNITY: WAREHOUSE PRODUCT POWERHOUSEWe are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Product Associate to be the engine behind our operations! In this critical role, you won't just manage inventory; you'll be the gatekeeper of the gear that fuels our athletes. You'll take command of inventory organization, ensure precision in every count, and partner directly with the Lead Product Manager to execute high-impact outgoing shipments. As a vital member of our warehouse squad, you'll help maintain a world-class, high-efficiency environment where your hustle directly impacts our national success. RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the values of the organization. Product sorting, counting and entry into inventory system. Stocking products in the warehouse. Identifying incorrect descriptions and stock numbers. Performs and assists with general maintenance, organization and cleanup of warehouse. Performs additional related duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSAttention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, or willingness to learn. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Ability to accurately document shipping and receiving. Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse policies and procedures and systems preferred. Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSHigh school Diploma or GEDMust be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of walking, lifting, standing, and carrying. Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time. Some periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer.
