Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations and decisions of ticket operations for multiple teams, including building and maintaining events, venue scaling, season manifests, ticket inventory, ticket offers, and pre-sales/on-sales Manage the online ticket system: Account Manager, Archtics/HOST (TM1) payments, payment plans, invoices/receipts, ticket management, and access control Manage inventory and internal ticket request processes for PWHL games and events in collaboration with internal stakeholders and venue contacts Fulfill ticket requests from internal departments when applicable Execute and co-lead ticketing integrations and development with licensed technologies (e.
