Responsibilities Reporting organisationally to the Client Services PMA Cluster Supervisors, the Client Services PMA Transport Coordinator will be a key member of the FIFA26 Event Transport team, and work in close collaboration with the Team Services Team, Operational Services Team and other key individuals responsible for delivering Transport Operations. The Client Services PMA Transport Coordinator is responsible for the full scope of transport operations at an assigned Team Base Camp Hotel or Venue Specific Hotel, including thehotel and training site. This role ensures the seamless delivery of bus, fleet, and airport/FBO (Arrivals & Departures) services for participating teams, in strict alignment with FIFA service levels and operational procedures. The coordinator serves as the primary liaison between drivers, suppliers, the Team (Security) Liaison Officer (TLO/TSLO), airport authorities, and FIFA Transport, ensuring bubble-to-bubble operations, client satisfaction, and readiness at all times. The main responsibilities and oversights of the Client Services PMA Transport Coordinator FIFA World Cup 26™ include: Communication Maintain daily communication with Fleet, Bus, A&D, Venue Transport, Security, Logistics, and Client Services functions.
