Position Description Reporting directly to the Head of Goalkeeping, the YNT Goalkeeper Coach will be responsible for educating, equipping, and developing our top talents through age-appropriate, skill-building approaches with the goal of grooming players to play for our Senior National Teams.

RequirementsMinimum QualificationsUSSF “B” License or higher (or comparable Qualification) or working towardsMinimum of a GK B License from any recognized Confederation or working towardsCoaching experience within elite youth developmentPassion for working with and the developing young players Proven history of developing the individual playerExcellent organizational and leadership skills to manage and lead self and othersCapable of working in fast-paced and demanding environments Excellent written and verbal communication combined with a professional demeanorMust be able to connect “micro” details to the “macro” vision and missionProficient experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook), Video Editing and digital course content development tools Understands child development and maturationA passion for and knowledge of talent identificationPossesses a growth mindset Has the ability to work as part of a wider coaching team influencing coaching within the US Soccer landscapeAble and willing to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as neededExperience in project management, leading staff, and collaborating across departments to execute strategic initiatives Willing to relocate once National Training Facility is established in AtlantaDesired QualificationsUSSF “A” License or higher (or comparable UEFA A) or working towardsGK A License from any recognized ConfederationBilingual (English and Spanish)Coaching education and curriculum design experience Thorough institutional knowledge of U.
