About the Clingstones: The Columbus Clingstones are the proud Double-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves, bringing high-level professional baseball and memorable fan experiences to the Chattahoochee Valley.
Overview:The Clingstones are are seeking a highly motivated, well-organized, and results-driven sales leader to elevate and expand the club’s ticketing operation.-

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team by identifying, recruiting, hiring, training, and managing staff to exceed organizational sales benchmarks.
Actively sell and maintain a strong, diverse book of ticket sales business across all product lines.
Refine and execute both short-term and long-term ticketing strategies that support a young and growing franchise.
Evaluate daily sales activities and provide consistent coaching, feedback, and leadership through structured weekly reviews.
Support the sales process for each team member, offering hands-on guidance in prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting presentations, and hosting client appointments.
Analyze the effectiveness of all sales campaigns and offerings, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cultivate strong relationships throughout Columbus and the regional community to drive new business, grow the sales pipeline, and expand the Clingstones’ presence.
Gather and leverage client feedback to improve benefits, address concerns, enhance communication, and strengthen ticket products.
Represent the Clingstones at key community and business events, identifying new partnerships and opportunities to grow interest in the team.
Stay current on industry and league trends, contributing innovative ideas to enhance the club’s overall ticket sales portfolio.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sport Management, or related field.
experience with demonstrated success developing and retaining staff.
Experience with Tickets.com strongly preferred.
Sales-minded, goal-oriented leader with excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
Team-above-self mentality with strong personal accountability.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to build and nurture strong relationships both internally and externally.
Creative thinker who brings forward ideas and takes calculated risks to strengthen the organization.
Exceptional communication skills—articulate, confident, and effective in writing and in person.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season.
