Position Overview:The Fan & Brand Experience Assistant (Seasonal) is a creative, high-energy role focused on bringing the Atlanta Dream brand to life through immersive fan activations. Experiences, you will support the execution of watch parties, community pop-ups, and gameday theme nights that celebrate Atlanta’s unique culture. This role is designed for a proactive trend-spotter ready to engage the community, manage event logistics, and help build a premier lifestyle brand at the intersection of sports, music, and fashion. Responsibilities:Support the Senior Manager in executing in-arena theme nights, fan giveaways, and halftime entertainment transitions with a focus on the fan journey. Assist in the logistics and execution of off-site fan experiences, including watch parties, community festivals, grassroots marketing pop-ups, mobile experiences, and retail collaborations. Monitor local Atlanta trends across music, fashion, and art to help identify relevant cultural moments and community touchpoints that align with the Dream brand. Coordinate with external partners, artists, and vendors to ensure brand-aligned execution of fan-facing activations and halftime performances. Work alongside Partnerships and Community Impact teams to ensure the Dream’s brand storytelling remains consistent across all physical touchpoints. Serve as an on-site brand ambassador at all Dream events, ensuring high-energy fan engagement, professional representation, and seamless production. Facilitate the physical setup of theme night activations and fan zones while overseeing the organized distribution of all in-game giveaways. Execute specific strategies for Theme Nights that prioritize fan base growth and community engagement. Support the on-site team during all major brand activations to ensure strong brand representation and high-quality fan interactions. Qualifications:Progress toward or recent completion of a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related field. Understanding Atlanta’s cultural landscape, including music, fashion, sports, and community movements. Familiarity with Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint). Ability to take initiative and plan, organize, coordinate, and perform work in various situations with numerous and diverse demands. Ability to manage multiple objectives simultaneously and adapt as priorities change.
