MASL- Lehigh Valley Overview: MASL – Lehigh Valley will join the Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) as the league’s 9th top-division franchise beginning in Fall 2026, competing at the 8,500-seat PPL Center in Allentown, PA.

Overview:MASL – Lehigh Valley is seeking a driven, Soccer Business Development Associate who will play a critical role in establishing our foundation of fans and community partnerships ahead of our Inaugural Season in Fall 2026.
This revenue-generating position is centered on driving Full Season Membership sales, maximizing renewals, and creating long-term relationships that produce sustainable growth year over year. The ideal candidate embraces a high-activity sales environment and understands that consistent outbound effort leads to measurable results.
Beyond ticket revenue, this role will support the development of our Youth Soccer platform—engaging clubs, families, and local organizations to ensure MASL – Lehigh Valley becomes the premier professional soccer partner throughout Eastern Pennsylvania.
Duties: Season Ticket Revenue & GrowthDrive new business revenue through Full Season, Partial Season, Group, and Hospitality ticket packages.
Place strong emphasis on generating and closing Full Season Memberships.
Execute structured outbound sales campaigns targeting youth soccer families, local businesses, and community prospects.
Maintain a minimum of 60–80 outbound touchpoints per day with a focus on revenue production and strategic pipeline growth.
Consistently meet or exceed individual and departmental revenue goals.
Prospect, pitch, and close new business through calls, networking, in-person presentations, and relationship selling.
Maintain detailed and organized CRM records to track pipeline and performance.
Season Ticket Renewals & RetentionLead proactive renewal efforts for assigned accounts.
Build long-term relationships with Season Ticket Members to drive high retention rates.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Provide exceptional service throughout the season to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty.
Assist in executing renewal campaigns and retention strategies department wide.
Youth Soccer Engagement SupportSupport the Soccer Manager in developing relationships with local youth clubs, leagues, and organizations.
Generate group and season ticket revenue through youth soccer partnerships.
Assist in coordinating Youth Soccer Nights, club experiences, and fundraising programs.
Attend local tournaments, clinics, camps, and events to generate leads and build brand visibility.
Game Day & Event PresenceMaintain a professional and energetic presence at all home games.
Service accounts, develop prospects, and generate referrals during events.
Utilize game nights as an opportunity to advance and close new business opportunities.
Represent MASL – Lehigh Valley at community and networking functions as assigned.
