Director of Tickets

BackgroundThe Fond du Lac Dock Spiders, located in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin (between Green Bay and Milwaukee), are a member of the Northwoods League, one of the most prestigious summer collegiate baseball leagues in the country. duties consist of developing inside and outside sales possibilities for season tickets, business memberships, group outings, picnics, VIP suites, and sponsorships for businesses and local organizations. This includes providing excellent customer service to all clients and ensuring all contacts are kept up to date in CRM system. In addition, the Director of Tickets will also assist with Team Store Operations and Community Relations. Responsibilities will also include assisting other departments when requested or needed. All job tasks should be performed in compliance with the philosophy, policies, goals, and budget of the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders. Essential Functions· Sales focus: groups, season tickets, ticket packages, business memberships, some sponsorships· Manage all ticket services (box office, printing, delivery, exchanges, payments, will call, etc. duties include assisting the front office staff with other tasks as they arise along with assisting with the game day staff and intern development.
