Responsibilities• Primary contact for your assigned client(s) before, during, and after their event. requirements before, during and after each event.• Attend production meetings and site visits for assigned events.• Communicate event progress and planning details to Senior Sales Manager assigned to your event(s). Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Associate Director of Sales as neededQualifications BA Degree is required and/or 3 years’ experience as a Catering/Food and Beverage Sales Manager, Event Planner, Hotel Convention Services Manager or Meeting Planner• Strong written and oral communication skills• Organized, ability to prioritize and have strong time management skills• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment• Positive disposition and ability to motivate all staff to offer hospitality service that exceeds guest’s expectations• Able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) and other hospitality software• Well-developed interpersonal skills; experience working with diverse clients, professionals and staff members Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
