POSITION: Operations Supervisor DEPARTMENT: Operations REPORTS TO: Operations ManagerSUPERVISES: Full and Part-Time Operations Workers FLSA: Hourly Non-ExemptPOSITION SUMMARYThis is a full time working supervisory position overseeing the efforts of the housekeeping and event set up crews. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESWorking supervision of housekeeping and event set up staffOversee proper use and care of equipment Oversee collection of data from staff for department reportsInspects work for proper executionTraining of staff in best practices of facility cleaning and event set up to include use of cleaning chemicals, light cleaning machinery, forklift, etc. responsibilities and overlapping deadlines. requirements include the ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESHigh school diploma or G. E.
