Job Function: The Director of Financial Operations serves as a strategic, cross-functional leader responsible for driving alignment, integration, and long-term vision across the organization’s financial and operational systems. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance and Administrative Operations, this role partners closely with leaders in Procurement, Travel, Operations, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Information Technology to ensure financial systems and data capabilities are connected, scalable, and aligned with organizational strategy. While this position does not have direct people-management responsibility, it plays a critical leadership role by influencing, coordinating, and guiding cross-functional stakeholders. Responsibilities: Enterprise Leadership & Strategy Provide enterprise-level leadership across finance and administrative functions without direct authority, influencing outcomes through collaboration, expertise, and strategic guidance.
