Program ObjectivesProvide real-world sales experience in the sports industryDevelop consultative selling skills using MADE Hoops' proven sales methodologyBuild professional networks through interaction with sports industry sales leadersCreate a pathway for career opportunities in sports businessInternship StructureSales TrainingComprehensive training on MADE Hoops' consultative sales approachLearn effective techniques for building relationships with familiesDevelop skills in identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutionsMaster the art of handling objections and closing sales effectivelySales ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and conduct outreach to potential camp attendeesManage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to registrationMeet weekly sales targets for assigned camp eventsTrack customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systemParticipate in regular sales team meetings and performance reviewsCamp PortfolioInterns will be responsible for selling admission to MADE Hoops basketball camps held throughout the year across various locations in the United States, providing exposure to different regional markets and camp formats.
