OVERVIEWThe Equipment Manager II works hand in hand with the Equipment Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the equipment department. DUTIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. Manage, organize, distribute, and maintain all training and match-day equipment, apparel, and gear for First Team/Sporting Staff as assigned. Maintain detailed records of team equipment, supplies, and distribution through inventory logs, signed checklists, or digital tracking systems, such as Excel spreadsheets and Teamworks Inventory management system. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and in optimal working condition. Help organize all equipment spaces for efficient and effective maintenance of team property. Set up and break down equipment for training sessions, home games, and away matches. QUALIFICATIONS· Two years' minimum experience in team sport management environment · Previous NWSL, Professional or Collegiate Experience PHYSICAL DEMANDS· Must be able to lift 50 pounds· Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours,· Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk.
