Responsibilities Reporting organisationally to the Tournament Headquarters, the Stadium Fan Experience Manager will ensure the successful operational implementation and fulfilment of the dedicated stadium fan engagement area.

The main responsibilities of the Stadium Fan Experience Manager include: Support the SFE operational planning with a strong emphasis on logistical coordination Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the production agency, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables and issue resolution Coordinate with key functional areas the seamless installation and operation of all activations Oversee commercial partner booth load-in and load-out activities, ensuring compliance with venue regulations, approved schedules and health and safety requirements Manage day-to-day communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain alignment throughout event build, operations and dismantling phases Monitor and enforce build schedules, site access protocols and venue rules across all SFE elements and partner activations Conduct site readiness walkthroughs to confirm all installations meet operational, safety and brand standards prior to event opening Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues in real time, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to address technical, operational, or logistical challenges Maintain comprehensive operational documentation, including run-of-show inputs, contact lists and escalation procedures Support the onsite Marketing Venue Management team with Commercial Partner activities.
