Job Title: Stadium Operations AssistantDepartment: Stadium Operations Reports To: Director / Manager of Stadium Operations Status: Seasonal (March-September)Position SummaryThe Stadium Operations Assistant supports the day-to-day operational needs of the ballpark, helping ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility for fans, players, staff, and partners. This role plays a key part in game-day execution, event setup and breakdown, and general facility upkeep. Key ResponsibilitiesGame Day & Event OperationsAssist with pre-game, in-game, and post-game stadium operations for baseball games and special eventsSupport event setup and breakdown, including seating, field-level equipment, signage, and barricadesConduct facility walkthroughs before and after events to ensure operational readiness and safetyProvide on-site support to resolve operational issues during eventsFacility & Grounds SupportAssist with general facility maintenance, cleanliness, and organizationSupport field operations as needed, including tarp pulls, batting practice setup, and equipment movementMonitor stadium areas for safety hazards and report issues promptlyAssist with inventory tracking and storage organizationStaff & Vendor CoordinationWork collaboratively with internal departments (Guest Services, Grounds Crew, Concessions)Support compliance with stadium policies, safety standards, and league requirementsAdministrative & Operational SupportHelp maintain equipment logs and supply inventoriesPerform other duties as assigned to support overall stadium operationsQualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong work ethic with a hands-on, team-first mentalityAbility to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditionsStrong communication and organizational skillsSkills & CompetenciesDetail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProactive problem-solver with strong situational awarenessAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude and professional demeanorWork EnvironmentFast-paced, outdoor stadium environmentExposure to varying weather conditionsPhysically demanding work requiring standing, walking, and lifting for extended periodsWhy Join Our Team? experience in stadium and event operationsDynamic, team-oriented environment
