    Job Description

    Position Overview: The Market President of Mobile Pro Hockey will serve as the organization’s executive leader, responsible for shaping the strategic vision, driving long-term growth, and ensuring excellence across all business functions. This role oversees every aspect of the franchise, with an emphasis on revenue. Working with Zawyer Sports on team operations, community engagement and organizational culture. The Market President represents the team publicly and works closely with C-Suite Executives from Zawyer Sports, partners and the community to elevate the franchise. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the development and execute the long-term strategic plan of the organizationOversee the integration of business operations and fan engagementDrive innovation across all departments to keep the franchise competitive and forward-thinkingLead all revenue verticals including ticketing, partnerships/sponsorships, premium sales. Develop and expand corporate partnerships locally, regionally and nationallyCollaborate with C-Suite on management to ensure sustainable growthBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including sponsors, broadcast partners, vendors and civic leadersEnsure alignment between business and team operations.
