Video Production Intern

The Lehigh Valley Phantoms, American Hockey League affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers, are seeking a Video Production Intern for the 2026-27 hockey season. RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with the Phantoms Creative and Marketing Departments to create materials for promotional, marketing, sales, and advertising campaigns Capture and edit video footage Organize game day media (videos, etc. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or currently pursuing), preferably in Video Production, Media Arts, or a related field Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud – particularly Premiere Pro and Media Encoder (familiarity with additional programs such as Photoshop, Lightroom and After Effects are beneficial) Familiarity with cameras, lighting, and audio Basic understanding of sports and hockey is preferred but not required Prior experience managing projects and completing tasks with strict deadlines KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Attention to detail and high work standards Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Ability to meet tight deadlines Enthusiasm for thinking creatively We are an equal opportunity employer: all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
