This role sits at the intersection of sales, business development, and live event execution. experiences across both PLL and WLL event weekends. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to break into sports business and develop real sales skills in a high-growth, high-performance environment. WHAT YOU’LL GAINReal Sales Experience: Build a foundation in outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and premium product positioning. Industry Exposure: Learn how revenue is generated across both men’s and women’s professional sports properties. Access to Leadership: Collaborate with experienced sales professionals and league executives. Network Growth: Build relationships that can open doors across the sports industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport outbound sales efforts for premium seating, suites, and VIP hospitality across PLL and WLL eventsProspect and generate new leads through research, outreach, and networkingExecute daily and weekly KPI targets, including calls, emails, and touchpointsAssist in building proposals, pitch materials, and client presentationsDevelop a strong understanding of premium products and hospitality offeringsMaintain accurate pipeline tracking and client data within CRM systemsCollaborate with the Premium Sales team to identify new revenue opportunitiesSupport execution and planning of VIP hospitality experiences for corporate partners and high-value clientsQUALIFICATIONSCurrently enrolled in college or eligible to receive college creditPrevious sales, customer service, or prospecting experience preferredStrong communication skills with a confident and professional presenceInterest in sports sales, business development, and premium experiencesSelf-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and executeHighly organized with strong attention to detailWillingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and event daysCOMPENSATIONCollege CreditWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
