SPIRE Volleyball Director/Head Coach About Us: SPIRE Institute is one of the largest indoor, multi-sport, training and competition complexes in the world. Responsibilities: ▪ Lead and manage the vision and strategy of SPIRE women’s volleyball program regarding growing the Academy, Camps and Events business.y Requirements:▪ Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited University ▪ Previous experience in athletics ▪ Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays ▪ Desire to work in High School or College athletics ▪ 3+ years of coaching experience (high school, college or professional) - Ability to breakdown film and put together video clips, highlights and edits ▪ Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background screening ▪ Need to be able to lift 50lbs Compensation: ▪ Base Salary and Bonus▪ Potential Housing and Meals▪ Competitive benefit package▪ Paid holidays and vacation▪ Free employee gym membership and employee discounts
