Community Relations Summer Intern

The Washington Commanders are seeking a talented Community Relations Summer Intern to join the Community Relations department. As a Community Relations intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our community engagement efforts, events and initiatives. This individual will be detail-oriented and able to manage various tasks and meet deadlines, and support the day-to-day operations within the Community Relations department. This role reports to the Senior Director of Community Relations. Internship Hours: 40 hours per week + additional hours as necessaryRole Responsibilities:· Support Community Relations gameday activations and execution, including managing community ticket allotment, supporting pregame and in-game moments, etc. duties as assigned. Key Skills/Qualifications· Ability to commute to the Commanders Front Office (Riverdale, MD), BigBear. skills.· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.· Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.· High attention to detail and the ability to perform effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.· Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information with professionalism.· A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and internal drive to contribute to a winning team culture.
